Primary Project

We have designed this programme to compliment the 24/7 initiative into primary schools, SALT currently provide 4 Youth Workers into six local primary schools. 
The programme is designed to see young people thrive through positive mentoring and relationship building.

These programmes are school based initiatives that we facilitate to assist students in dealing positively with:

• Behavioural issues known as our six session ‘Change Up’ programme
• Developing emotional resilience known as our six session ‘Equip’ programme
• Frameworks that deal with loss and grief known as our 8 week ‘Seasons’ programme
