Move n' Groove is a music and movement programme for adults with disabilities and their caregivers running every Tuesday from 12:00pm to 2:30pm during the school term.

You are welcome to bring your own lunch anytime from 12 noon but the music starts pumping at 1:00pm.  Tea and coffee are provided and we ask for a small contribution of $5 per client which goes towards the running costs of the programme.
